· When you unsubscribe from the eshop (which will be deleted immediately anyway) or
· Have been illegally processed
We are not required to comply with your request to delete your personal data if the processing of your personal data is necessary:
· To comply with a legal obligation
For the fulfillment of another lawful purpose or other legal basis; or
· For the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Restriction (a 18)
You can ask us to restrict (ie retain but not use) your personal data when:
· Their accuracy is questioned (see Correction) so that we can verify their accuracy or
· Editing is illegal, but you do not want to delete either
· Is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, but we still need them to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or there is another lawful purpose for processing or other legal basis
Portability (a.20) When processing is based on consent, and is done by automated means, you can ask us to provide your personal data in a widely used structured format, in machine-readable form, or you can request that it be transferred directly to another controller. However, this right, according to the law, concerns only data those data that have been provided by the subject himself and not those that are inferred by the controller on the basis of the data provided to him by the subject
Opposition (a.21) You can oppose at any time any processing of his personal data, which has as a legal basis the legal interest of the Company or the performance of a duty performed in the public interest.
Withdrawal of consent (opt-out) You have the right to withdraw your consent, where the consent is obtained as the basis of the processing. The lifting is done for the future.
Supervisory authority You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data. In Greece, the supervisory authority for data protection is the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data – APDPH (www.dpa.gr).
Identity We take seriously the confidentiality of all files containing personal data and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of identity if you request a request for such files.
Costs We will not charge you for the exercise of your rights in relation to your personal data, unless, as required by law, your request for access to information is unfounded or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee under specific conditions. We will inform you of any charges before completing your request.
Schedules Our goal is to respond to any valid requests within one (1) month of receiving them at the latest, unless it is particularly complex or you have submitted several requests, in which case we aim to respond within three months. We will let you know if we are going to need more than one (1) month for the reasons listed above. We can ask you if you can tell us exactly what you want to receive or what exactly is your concern. This will help us to process your request faster.
In any case, you must provide specific and true facts and / or facts in order to be able to respond and / or satisfy your request accurately, otherwise we reserve the right to make any mistakes that are beyond our control. Also our Company may reject requests that are unfounded or excessive or abusive or in bad faith or in born illegally, within the provisions of the law.
